Sell specialized electrical engineering solutions to small, medium and large electronics device manufacturers throughout the United States. Develop, manage and grow a pipeline of business through incoming leads and outbound marketing campaigns. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. Present the company and solutions in web-based presentations. Occassional visits to prospective customers.
Job Requirements
Excellent telephone selling skills and a track record of success selling a technical product business-to-business. Familiar with Goldmine, ACT or similar CRM software. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Ability to travel 5-10% of time to any location in the USA. BS degree in a technical field is a plus.

Applications Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Aldec's Active-HDL mixed VHDL-Verilog simulation products are growing in excess of 50% per year and are used by thousands of FPGA designers. The Applications Engineer will provide training and product demonstrations to users and potential customers. He or she will need to be proficient in developing application notes and providing email/phone technical support.
Job Requirements
Good knowledge of FPGA tools and architectures. Working knowledge of HDL (Verilog and VHDL). Self starter with excellent communication/presentation skills. To fit the company spirit, the person should love helping people, feel passionate about customer problems and devote himself/herself totally to their success.

Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Support Engineers are responsible for timely resolution of customer issues and proactive contributions to the corporation in the areas of tool improvement. The Support Engineer's responsibilities will include working directly with customers, gaining a full understanding of customer issues, and successfully driving those issues to full customer satisfaction, either through independent work or by interfacing with other R&D Engineers. Support Engineers are responsible for identifying frequent customer issues and proactively communicating these issues to R&D to make tool improvements. Support Engineers are also responsible for identifying common usage questions and extending the current customer knowledge base by writing articles for inclusion in the website knowledge database.
Job Requirements
Requirements include 1 + years of experience in the areas of Digital Design or Technical Support, exposure and knowledge of Design Automation Software, VHDL or Verilog. BSEE/MSEE or BS/MS in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
